Homecoming Day
29th August 1998
Loimaa and Espoo, Finland
Ok, I
knew it. The people who
were here two weeks ago came back. This time they seemed to much
more decisive. Now
everybody says "Morris" when I come around, I just
wonder what that really
means. Well the two people filled out some papers and talked a lot
with my breeder Jaana.
I am afraid that I know what this means. I've seen this happen to
my sisters and brothers.
People come and go and they take a sister or a brother with
them. I now know what Mulder
must feel like.
This is Jaana, my breeder. Time to say goodbye...
But I am a very cool guy, no tears or anything like that.
Ok. Whatever people may talk about car problems, I definitely
don't have any. The car trip
from Loimaa to Espoo went perfectly. I slept all the way and
there was actually no reason
to take breaks like this one.
Maybe Kai and Pia (that't their names!) just wanted to take some more
pictures. They really took a lot
of them. Do they think I am a moviestar or what?
The excursion in my new home was rather interesting. Lots of new
things to smell and
taste. Here I found some books that Pia and Kai obviously have
been reading...
Interesting.
This is fun. I just love the fingers and toes around here. Better than the toys even
though I must admit they had managed to find some pretty good toys too.
Pia studies the instruction sheet. Does she maybe think the truth is in it? She obviously
wants to believe.
It is really exhausting to explore the unknown.
P.S. Pia and Kai just wanted to add before closing this file that I
made it quite hard for them the first night by crying and
running. They don't poor guys know what lies ahead of them yet. This
is just the beginning!
